We had John do a whole house remodel. We took out windows and put new windows in 4 of 5 rooms. Took out 3 walls and put in 2 new walls. Complete redo of 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, living rooms, closets and kitchen including cabinets, counters and new large pantry. New flooring in whole house, Jack hammered 2 foundation trenches for new drain lines. Re-plumbed the entire house. All new lighting with accent sconces. Recirculating hot water and, new larger laundry room. John and his crew are punctual crafted artisans. They do what is necessary to complete the details and please the client. Cook Custom Construction is a meticulous bookkeeping pleasure. All invoices were detailed and all payments credited promptly. Here is what you don't hear a lot about. John Cook is also a fascinating artist. By this we mean he searches far and wide for contemporary construction techniques, styles and features. This builder is an interior designer as well, yet there is no charge for the concepts and ideas. Often he would text into the evening the new ideas, asking if we were interested. He is a designer and trend setter. He mixes textures and shapes to create very unique visuals. John told us going into the project that to do it right, it would take 3 to 4 months. He finished in 3 months and 2 weeks. John and crew have promptly been back when called for minor tweaks and explanations... "John, how do I operate this?"

The smartest decision I've ever made was to hire Cook Custom Construction to remodel my kitchen. John and his crew were professional, honest and friendly. John has a good eye for offering suggestions on materials and color schemes. He was very hands-on and worked right along with his crew. They paid great attention to every detail. I was so pleased with their work that I had them remodel my bathroom also! My kitchen and bathroom renovation came out better than I expected! I would not hesitate to recommend this company!

I have known John for 20 years. He’s done remodels in three of our homes, recently doing a total demo and remodel in our kitchen. Next, the master bathroom. John and Patrick are reliable, clean and dependable. I’ve recommended COOK CUSTOM CONSTRUCTION to many friends who also have been very pleased. Always on time and clean up everyday. A very important thing when you’re trying to function in your home during construction . I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Cook Custom Construction did a complete remodel on our kitchen and great room. Beautifully updated design, new granite counter-tops, all new appliances, gorgeous refinish on cabinets. Took all of our needs and wants into account and gave us the most beautiful, stylish, functional space. We could not beat the value for our money. John Cook owner of Cook Custom Construction was referred to me by a co-worker and I am so glad that he did. I had a water leak in the master bathroom tub on Father's day, in the early am hours, The leak invaded the family room just beneath the tub. I called John and within an hour he was at my front door. He accesed the problem and told me that the tub has a leak around the drain. He came up with a reasonable plan and after I told him my mother has fallen a few times getting out of the bathtub. He removed the old tub and shower and replaced it with a walk in shower, which is a plus for my mother. His quote was resonable and the job was done in the time frame that was agreed on. John and his crew: John Westholder, Jacob and Jeffery were very professional in doing the job at hand. I've never seen a more meticlous and professional crew work so efficiently doing the tear down and rebuild. Needless to say my mothers walk in shower and bathroom remodel is beautiful. I highly recommend Cook Custom Construction.

Thanks to John Cook and the crew from Cook Custom Construction we have the home we absolute love. We were referred to John from good friends, who also used him to remodel their homes. John listened to what we wanted and had some creative ideas on how to transform this total fixer upper. John and his team were on time everyday and cleaned up daily after their work was done for the day. We were pressed for time as we sold our home and had to move into our new one within a few weeks. He got it done and got us in our home on time. The results were above our expectations. Totally recommend John for any remodeling needs!

Cook Custom Construction is fantastic. They did a master bathroom remodel and it turned out even better than I had hoped. John came up with some great ideas that made better use of the space than I had thought of originally. They were on time, efficient and made every effort to keep my house and place clean while they were working. He was easy to get ahold of and very responsive to any questions or concerns. And to top it all off the quality of the work was amazing. I can't say enough how happy I am with the results. I would 100% utilize Cook Custom Construction again if I ever have more projects and would recommend them to anyone who asks!
